Djordje Radulovic
Minister of Foreign Affairs, Montenegro

Djordje Radulovic was born on August 31, 1984 in Podgorica where he completed elementary and high school. In 2009, he graduated from the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Montenegro, with Politology as his major. He is currently the holder of MA in political sciences at the same faculty.

He started his diplomatic career in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Secretary General’s Office from January to October 2011. Subsequently, he was working as an attaché in the Directorate General for Bilateral Relations in the Directorate for Europe and Community of Independent States. In the period 2013 – 2016, he performed the duties of the second secretary in the Cabinet of the State Secretary for Political Affairs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

From April 2016 to February 2020, he was working in the Embassy of Montenegro in Bucharest, Romania. From September 2017 to June 2018, he was a Chargé d’Affaires ad interim.

From February to August 2020, he was a director of the Directorate for European Neighborhood Policy in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs while he worked as a director of the Directorate for the European Union in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August to December 2020.

He speaks English and Russian.

He is married and has two children.
