Irene Vantaraki is Managing Director of AVADAR TRANSATLANTIC, a government affairs consultancy and business advisory firm with offices in Athens and New York. Previously, Irene has held senior advising posts with major corporations, including being Special Adviser to the Vice President of Motor Oil, the leading petroleum company in SEE and the Mediterranean.

Additionally, Irene was Executive Public Affairs Director at the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Mexico, with Jurisdiction for all the Countries of Central America, the Island Countries of the Caribbean, Colombia and Venezuela, also closely collaborating with the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople. She has also served, inter alia, as Senior Adviser with Delphi Economic Forum, the premier forum in SEE, and RIEAS (Research Institute for European and American Studies), a leading Greek institute aiming at facilitating transatlantic partnerships.

Irene is also Founder and CEO of Vandiri Art NYC, a New York-based company offering bespoke art advice and organizing high-level art exhibitions worldwide. In this context, she has partnered with such entities as Luis Vuitton NYC and Malborough Gallery. She is also Head of International Relations and Member of the Executive Committee of Art Thessaloniki International Contemporary Art Fair as well as Board Member of the Fabien Cousteau Ocean Learning Center, a global NGO championing ocean conservation.
